Claims for defective
shipping cartons and shortages in shipment must be filed by the customer and
noted on the carrier's freight receipt at time of delivery. |

Authorization: |
Written request must be
sent to Ashton Pumpmatic listing Ashton Pumpmatic invoice number
before any merchandise can be returned. You may submit such requests to
info@pumpmatic.com
Written
authorization will be given by Ashton Pumpmatic prior to return of
merchandise and an RMA number given for said returns. |

Merchandise
Returnable for Credit: |
Credit will be issued
on the original net purchase price. Only unopened cartons will qualify for
return. 15% restocking charge will apply on returned merchandise. |

Freight
and Returned Goods Credit: |
Unless otherwise stated
in writing, all returns shall be shipped prepaid to Ashton Pumpmatic warehouse. Credit
will be granted as follows: |

Defective
merchandise at time of receipt: 100% credit or replacement.
Ashton
Pumpmatic
shipping error: 100% credit
15% restocking charge
will apply on returned merchandise reusable for sale.Merchandise
unsuitable for resale because of age, obsolescence or expiration date: No
credit.
